What can you do for a good recovery after birth? How do you deal with changes in relationships? How do you deal with the topic of sleep – or the lack of it? What food are you going to give, and what should you pay attention to? And what if your child gets sick, what can you do best?

REVIEWS
"Super nice and clear course! What is really an enormous added value is that partners attend all classes. This is my second pregnancy, but to refresh our memory we decided to do another course. This course gives you a positive mindset towards your birth and the right breathing exercises and massage techniques that you can apply during labour. I'm glad we went and was really sad that it ended after four evenings.”Saskia Weerstand
"A very nice course that gives you insight into giving birth and takes away the uncertainties and fables. We did the 4-day course at the time and certainly did not regret it. It gave a lot of peace and was very nice with the other students we met With this course you can get started with your partner well prepared and you know what your choices are and how to act.. because with your first you have no idea what you have started.. "I can't compare with other courses, but I had 2 wonderful evenings that flew by. Informative, warm, full of enthusiasm and positive stories. And no question is too crazy and is answered seriously. What I also really liked was that the partners are considered to be fully-fledged there, after all, you don't do it on your own, everyone wants an Aline in her life and next to her bed during the birth!”Evelien Kooper
"Mom & co is a course that I really wish everyone. It is a gift for yourself and your partner that you are so consciously involved with the arrival of your child. The positive energy we received every course evening has given us a lot of confidence given that we will come through the birth positively together. All ingredients have been incorporated in the course that make you feel well prepared; it was informative, inspiring, practical, realistic and positive. For the woman it may be a little more natural to want to but this course also made my partner aware of the important role for him. And he really thought it was super fun, not at all uncomfortable or floaty. Team building, that's what Mom & Co brought us. Thank you Aline!"Danique Witlox
"We consciously opted for a course together with a partner and I am very happy that we did. As a pregnant woman, it gives me the confidence that my partner knows what will 'happen' to me during the delivery, can support me in the right way and can also be part of it myself with more confidence and in an active instead of a passive way.In terms of content, I found this course a perfect combination of practical, sober information (as a result of Aline's midwifery background) and the spiritual side with the hypnobirthing techniques. Definitely recommended!”Britt Ootes
"I wish everyone a course from Mom & co! We were sincerely sorry that it was over after 4 evenings, the lessons were so nice. We had consciously chosen a course in which the partner is fully involved, not just once, but you do the whole course together. That was so nice! I thought the course was well balanced; the techniques of hypnobirthing in combination with the practical sober approach from obstetrics. It was inspiring, practical, motivating, realistic and positive! medically and even then you can apply everything properly, we are very grateful to Mom & co for that.”Sophie
